Waking up to fresh local pastries on the lovely terrace was a delightful way to start our day. The room was cozy with a quaint balcony that offered a perfect place to unwind after exploring the bustling streets of Naples.

However, we faced some cleanliness issues in our bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. The showerhead was broken and the upkeep left something to be desired, making us wary at times.

Spacious Superior Triple Room with a large bathroom and comfortable beds made our stay delightful. Breakfast on the lovely terrace was a highlight, featuring fresh pastries and seasonal fruits. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the central station and great local eateries.

The Superior Double Room was really cozy! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was big and bright. I loved the clean sheets and towels too. Plus, enjoyed the nice decor with mosaic tiles throughout the hotel. However, sound insulation could be better since I heard some noise from the hallway at night. The lift was a plus, easy to get around with my suitcase!

Had a great time with friends! We stayed in a Luxury Quadruple Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The area had fantastic local eateries and we loved visiting the nearby attractions using the area shuttle. The breakfast on the terrace was a hit with fresh pastries that started our day off right.

One downside was the inconsistent cleanliness in our bathroom, which needed some extra attention during our stay.

Noise disturbances caused trouble during late nights!!! Inconsistent room cleaning service led to disappointment as we couldn't get timely maintenance. The layout of the room could use better design for convenience!!!
